I've been communication with EDCASSIST - Tracy Billings since April 2013 to have default listing removed from ITC. I have a paid up letter and an email from her stating a request has been sent to all bureaus to update my profile. I'm trying to get a Homeloan and was declined because of the default listing.
I also engaged the services of Naidu Richen Attorneys to assist and received: Dear Madam, Please be advised that the default has been removed from all the bureaus. We thank you for your instruction and confirm that we will be closing our file herein. Kind regards, Prashanta Richen - but its still showing.
Can someone please get back to me and assist me with this ASAP.
