Hi All
I joined Momentum Multiply in the beginning of January, since than Momentum has charged me an access of R1267.00 to be correct, Prior to joining the Multiply benefit i was told that the total charges would be much less than this. Since Monday the 4th of February i have been trying to contact them. Every time i call the contact centre i am told "We are currently experiencing a high call volume" which is fair and i wonder why???.after waiting on the call for several minutes i am told to leave a message and than the call is dropped, these people do not get back to you nor can you get through to them. So what is the deal with this company??
