On the 13 December 2010, I went to African Bank to apply for a loan and my application was successful. On the same day amount of R28500 was transferred to my FNB Acc, Main street branch at 15:45pm. On the 14 December 2010 my sim card was disconnected and my phone was off. The previous sim number was 0736460433.On the 15 December 2010, I went to Thulamahashe branch to withdraw the money inside only to find that the money was withdrawn and the R9268.25 balance was left out of R34722 that was in my Acc. The consultant at Thulamahashe told that she blocked my card. On the 17 December 2010, I went back to withdraw the remaining amount and I found there were no money in my acc. On the 20 December 2010, I went to Johannesburg at Main street branch to lodge complaint. The lady called Lindiwe helped and tells that the F'user name was Thapelo Mhlongo. I went to Johannesburg police station to open case; case number was 1726/12/2010. I even went to ombudsman to lodge complaint. They only helped me to get only the money that Thulamahashe branch failed to protect which it was R9100 the rest of R25622 I couldn't get till now.
