As per the instructions of a call centre agent, I paid our DSTV subscription into Multichoice Africa's account.
How weird and wonderful - the payment has to be "allocated" and transferred - and this takes 2 months!
I have a few questions for Multichoice:
1. Why pre-load the company on FNB if the banking details are not correct?
2. How can it take so long to allocate a payment (after I have e-mailed the proof of payment)?
3. What is the use of e-mail correspondence (and service rating) if you don't bother to reply and resolve?
4. When will I receive my money back or credit on my account???
