I have made 3 x telephonic requests already, each time it is "escalated" because I am unable to provide a card number (I don't have a card).
How do you recover the cost of these messages - are your customers paying for it? How many times must I explain I cannot log on without an account? Thank heaven I left you. Please stop wasting funds and stop messaging me with nonsense.
