Prestige Banking = No responce

I am a prestige banking client for over two years now and to be quite honest, I don't know why. I pay a hefty service fee to have the "personal banker experience" but never had a personal banker. Of course they make a lot of promises to lure you in but when it comes to living up to all that was promised, failure is the norm.

The first request I made was to obtain a credit card for my fiance that would be linked to my account. I sent numerous emails and phoned many times to get a reply for my request. It took two weeks to get a reply after which I was blamed for using the incorrect email address. (Strangely enough, the reply was sent from the "wrong" email address I used the first time) and another two weeks to process my request.

I fear, now again, I am waiting for a reply from Standard Bank about a question I asked over two weeks ago about my overdraft. I have emailed, phoned and been to the bank but to no avail. I could not be helped. I have heard people rant and rave about the prestige banking, but I do not share that joy at this time. Looks like everyone is equal with Prestige Banking. Some are just more equal than others.
