My car's window was smashed in over the long weekend. The claims department was closed but I spoke to an operator who said nothing could be done till Tuesday. This morning my call was taken by Donny. It was an absolute pleasure speaking to him. He was clear and concise. Very user friendly. My conversation was quickly followed up by an sms from Glasfit. I consequently spoke to Ashraf who was also very service orientated. The only downfall is that the window pane is ex-Germany and will only arrive in Cape Town at the end of January!!
