To return a speedpoint machine

Since June 2013 the speedpoint machine has not been in use. In September I called the call centre to find out what is the procedure. I was told to take the machine to the nearest branch. Goldman street, florida branch (mrs Naiker) referred me to Vivian on a cell number who made 4 appointments to collect the machine. He hasn't arrived for any of the appointments and I am still in possession and still paying a debit order monthly for a machine not iin use. I have now logged a complaint and Garoon Myburgh advised me to call the call centre again instead of giving me a solution to solve the problem or attending to the advise procedure of incompetent staff. A debit order of plus minus R680.00 monthly being deducted from my account for rental of the machine. Garoon Myburgh's advise to me is to start the procedure all over again by calling the call centre number which I have done in September.
