Trying to do an online payment on saturday the 09 of February but i was unable to because i never received my OTP pin. this is strange as i was receiving the pins before hand. i tried phoning support but could not get through because they only work till 1pm on a saturday when it clearly says till 19hoo on a saturday. i am very annoyed as these are my funds and i should have access to them at all time no matter what they hour or day might be. im very disappointed with fnb and would like to change my banks because they are so un willing to help. i truly hope that this is taken up as a serious matter. i have been a client with FNB for many years and i feel they are getting to big for themselves and now the service is dropping.
