I think it is unacceptable to offer a service and then not deliver on that service. This lack of service makes me feel really disappointed. I need FNB to sort out this lack of service.
I called teh premier banking number on Saturday at 11am, and got a message that the service operates Monday to Saturday between 8am and 7pm, but on all three attempts to contact the call PREMIER BANKING SERVICE, my call was dropped immediately after the message was played... FNB WAKE UP, Moving my accounts is looking reallly attractive right now.
