Discovery Life not paying claim, family suffering

My brother passed away in 31October 2012, he was insured by Discovery Life. In November 2012 beneficiaries faxed all required claims forms and were later informed (docs) were never received. On 24Dec 2012 we drove to their office in Sandton to hand all claims forms. We were promised it will be send to assessor (Amanda) who will contact us soon (we were never called). Early January 2013 someone from Discovery Life called (Snr Forensic Investigator) Shane Chatzkelowitz visited deceased family and requested statement from the family. The family have been calling, email and visited Discovery Life with no success. Every time we call, email and visit their office we are told the claim is with Management who will call us before the end of the day (no management bother to call us). We spoke to this Discovery reps Dipuo, Baile, Vusi, Olivia, George etc and because of poor service from Discovery we had to record any conversation with them, proof of emails etc. The deceased family house is to be repossed, they are might loose all their properties and they ve no income. We refered this matter to Ombudsman and we are considering legal route and utilise Media to make South African people aware
