Went to recently opened customer care centre at shoprite centre. Got there one lady was serving, whilst the guy ahead of me had already complained about why there was one consultant only. A lady walked in carrying a can of dry lemon, the guy before me had moved to the other consultant. When I approached this lady it was evident in the facial expression that she had a heavy night the previous night. I asked that she correct her name tag because it was up side down, when I asked why I could not revolve my RCP account she replied by saying that Mr liyatha your accounts are not linked, my response to her was how she knew me without asking me my details, thats when she realized she did not take my details. A quick response was given to me, reason for me not being able to revolve was I should pay 15% of the amount owing, now i had to go too the main branch, but was told that the branch closed at 10 30 the bank was full. Yes the bank was full on that day and the bank was closed in the sense that persons in the bank were only served. I made an electronic deposit, it appeared Monday afternoon after I had to go in the bank and ask why the deposit did not appear. The response was th at there was
