Here is an email I had sent to Std Bank literally 7 days ago, I have still not gotten a response which was stated on a response email/ call from the consultant within 24-48 hours...

Good Day
This email is to inform you of the incompetency of Std Bank Nicolway in Bryanston.

The consultant assisted me at that branch in opening a cheque account, as stated to her I said that I want my savings account & cheque account LINKED!

To my horrific experience its the first time Iv attempted in using this card in Kempton Park, and it gave me an error of IV REACHED MY DAILY LIMIT???

As said to the consultant whom opened the cheque account she put my limit to MAXIMUM, so what went wrong? This cost me R3000 to get back home at 23h00 at night!
I am going to paste this all over social sites, hello peter etc.

Also, the atm to deposit cash is never working at Nicolway and Iv asked them when is this to be sorted and they say they have called but nobody is coming in to sort! How is this my problem?

My ID is XXXX, please check my profile find out what went wrong, I want to be reimbursed of some sort for this mishap of Std Bank, for my embarrassment and inconvenience caused!
