Its so disappointing that a company holds such a beneficial service but cannot follow through. It is now almost 2 weeks since I have submitted my documentation and still no response from the financial providers. Loan discovery is very fast to take their service fee although nothing has been done. Sadly us as the customer is taking up time, energy and money (follow up telephone calls) and as far as I know, this is to be the service they provide for me so that I don't have to.
