My first communication with FNB Device Insurance about my broken iPhone was on 05 November 2013. Although some of their consultants are friendly and helpful, they are slow in responding to my mails, but they over-promise and under-deliver. It is almost end of January and my claim for my broken iPhone is still not resolved, despite various interactions over the course of 3 months. I am extremely disappointed in their poor level of service and communication! I certainly won't recommend them and will in future use other suppliers for my device insurance.
