My iPhone 4S stopped working just after Christmas. I took it to the FNB sanctioned repair service provider (iFix) who stated that it was a hardware problem and that the phone must be replaced (I have a letter from iFix stating this). I contacted FNB who stated that their cell phone offices only open on 7 January. Having phoned on 7 Jan and getting assurance that I will be contacted within 24 to 72 hours, I have yet to get a phone call. I am paying R 350 a month for a faulty cell phone and no one in FNB seems to know what to do.
