I finally got paid out today to go and find my own panel beater - but the process has been nothing short of excruciating!
Bend over backwards? I don't think so. The only bending that was done was by me. And that involved me bending over and taking it up the 'you know what' from Outsurance.
Shocking! Am going to terminate my contract as soon as I have found another insurer.
