Application for credit card - no response

I am really disappointed by the service at Nedbank. I applied for a credit card online on 21 January 2013. To date I do not have any feedback. They claim to give feedback within 3 to 5 working days but they do not keep to it. What's worse is that they do not call me back to give me progress. Every time I call their call center I get different responses like the application is at the final assessment stage. I called three times on different occassions and got this feedback. Today I called and I was told that since my application was submitted for final assessment on 24 January nothing has been done on it. Shocking service from this bank. To think that last year they were actually calling me to move my checque account to them! Never!
