Processing of claim

I have noticed that the amount of 207.50 has been taken off my bank account on the 02.12.2013 after investigation it came to light that it was Oneplan that taken this money WITHOUT my authorisation from my bank account which I consider and. As I have not been a member for almost 2years and have cancelled my membership due to the simple fact that ONEPLAN misled me in believing that all Netcare hospital and dr's accepted the ONEcard.
Which is untrue because all the facilities and Doctors I tried to use it with it was declined and I had to pay cash.
My membership has been cancelled almost 2 years ago and all my doctors visits has been paid in cash.
I consider this so called claim and why does it take Oneplan almost 2 year to notice that this claim has not been authorised.
I have had no response from Thabe and Ronald the Claims manager does not want to take my calls.
