Oneplan Health Insurance
GP Visit Claim Policy

I went to the GP on 28/01/2013 but couldnt use my OneCard to pay so paid with my Std Bank card & withdrew the cash from the OneCard via the ATM. On 08/02/2013 I got an SMS asking me to submit Proof of Payment & I emailed the Receipt from the GP to [Email Removed] on 08/02/2013 at 3.24pm. I received 2 emails from [Email Removed] to say that my case has opened- 2 different Case Numbers were given CAS-112563-B9D8Q5 & CAS-112564-J9J9R4; an email on 13/02/2013 said that a representative had been assigned & on 14/02/2013 an email was received that said my case had been closed. On Wednesday 27/02/2013 I received an sms to say that my claim was still in a rejected state so I phoned the call centre & the proof of payment was sent by the call centre agent to claims for approval. On 28/02/2013 I received an sms saying that R208.50 will be deducted from my bank acc on 01/03/2013 because of the rejected claim & my day to day benefits are suspended. I emailed my query to care, pop & info on 28/02/2013 & had no response. R208.50 was deducted from my bank acc & I have phoned your call centre twice- 4 & 13 March with no resolution. Why was the claim rejected & why are my benefits suspended?
