Last Friday I logged a complaint about FNB's failure to cancel a paid up bond since October 2012.
I got a curtesy call on Monday from FNB and an email confirming the call on Monday.
Since then no one bother to come back to me, despite numeroun email.
I even demanded the managing director of FNB's contact details to no avail.
No service, no responsibility WELL DONE, FNB, YOU ARE TRULY SOUTH AFRICAN!!!
