It is true what the Miway ads say, Delano was the only one that didn't let us feel like we are the perpetrators. The Police and assessor made us feel like we our own goods, were so harsh, but Delano made me calm and always listened. Every time he followed up he was so professional and reassuring, that the nightmare will also pass. When he told us he will get back later or the day after he always did. After a while we knew he was a man of his word!
I don't know how to let Miway know that Delano surely is competent and have great people skills. If there's any way you can let him know that he must be great at his job to work with traumatised people everyday, understanding us and being so patient, polite and professional.
I trust that he will grow further in Miway, experience huge success!
