Unauthorized debit orders have been going through my bank acc. Upon noticing these I then went to my bank to enquire about these. I was just given a contact no that was on the system to make the phone calls myself. This was more than a week ago and I have not received my money back from the that took it from my bank account. I thought my money was safe with FNB but clearly not cause another debit order went off yesterday to the value of R 399.99 and I don't have a clue who these people are and the SAD part is that Im on my own in trying to sort this out. I seriously thought my bank was protecting my money but NO. Other amounts that have gone off without my knowledge are R99.99 x 2, R99.00 x 2 and R6. 50 x 3. If FNB does not sort this out, I will take my money to another bank that actually reimburses you if your money was taken from your account.
