I presently have my Motor Vehicle, Household, Building insurance with Dial Direct.
A week ago I called in for a Plumber as my Geyser was faulty (not getting hot)
The service quick and sms detailing the plumber is on the way, upon arrival they start looking
For tools, they have no way of reaching the Geyser in my roof (no ladder) So what do they do,
It was like a Laurel and Hardy movie Piece, the little guy gets on the Big Guys shoulder and this is how they
Reached my geyser.
The quote, I need a new thermo and element, plus they must charge me an extra hour call out fee because
It will take an hour to drain the geyser. In short money spinning, unprofessional and I kicked them out.
I got my own plumber bought my own Element as this is all I needed to replace not as per the Dial Direct crew's assessment.
I saved myself money, headaches and got the job done "Right"
In short Dial Direct Bye Bye any other Insurance company wants my money?
