Dial Direct Insurance
1 week and still no feedback

I found out last week that my geyser is not included in my building insurance. I have been waiting for just over a week for dial direct to find a recording as proof I asked them not to insure my geyser. I have to phone in every day and no one can give me an answer in the meantime i have a pouring geyser and I have phoning around to find another insurance company that is more reliable.
