Losing a lot of faith in this company

On the 15th of September my geyser burst and my phone was, I called my insurance company, dial direct to send someone out for the geyser immediately and reported the phone the following day. The company they sent to me did absolutely nothing because the geyser was covered and they needed authorisation to remove the cover. It took them 4 days to get a plumber to me and it was finally replaced on the 5th day. I was told an assesor would contact me the following day to arrange a meeting to view any damages and to replace the cover. I'm still waiting on them almost a month later. The geyser is directly above the shower standing open. What happens if it bursts again? I will hold dial direct responsible for any injuries to my family. My iphone took forever to process through no fault of theirs, I took a while to aquire all the numbers they required, but they have it now and were supposed to make a deposit into my bank account on Tuesday. And again I'm still waiting on them. I've lost faith in dial direct and I will be moving my insurance elsewhere.
