I called on Thursday, to follow up on a request that was submitted on the 22/01/2013 already and had no joy getting it resolved. Eventually, Agatha called after i requested feedback, after numerous calls to the call centre, who is not very helpful, btw! Agatha got back to me the same day, with results, advised me she would keep me in the loop and she just mailed that everything has been resolved! Well done Agatha, what seemed like a nightmare, just disappeared like dust!
