I have a bad service experience with KFC two months ago and no over got back to me.
I called the call centre on Thursday about the complaint I logged.
They did not have any record of the complaint and I flipped. The agent put me through to the manager.
This very calm and collected voice answered stating his name Darel Shipero. He patiently listened to my complaint and promised feedback with in a few hours.
The store manager called me 10 minutes later and resolved my complaint.
About two hours later Darel called me back and knew that the manager had resolved my complaint. He was doing a follow up to make certain I was happy.
Thank you for resolving my issue. You should be proud.
