I went to Old Mutual Umtata main branch on the 02 Jan 2013 to cancel my policies. One policy was paid after 3 days and the other one still not paid as I am logging these comments. Bongani did mention that it was going to take 5 days as he needed to request some information, it's been 9 days still no feedback nothing. I called your call centre and was told that there is nothing much they can do i must follow up with the branch, i did follow up with the branch and spoke to Bongani and he said he was going to check for me and come back to with the feedback. I am still waiting for Bongani's call and when I call he is now forever not available and not returning my calls.
