Bad Feedback, and response

I drew money for a standard bank atm, never got the cash or a slip, but it was deducted from my account, went to clearwater standard bank 3 times, got a reference number, the lady said they'll phone me back, never got a response or my money back, i will be opening another account at another bank, for this is not the first incident with standard bank.
