I had a problem with one of my trucks being broken in the Stellenbosch mountains on Site. Mothusi Makhaza and a lady when he was not available dealt with my claim. If it come to service to the personal extend, these people are more than great. The constant follow up and progress reports made me feel like the MOST IMPORTANT AND ONLY PERSON THEY HAVE TO DEAL WITH. Even when I felt like giving up, the way they spoke and especially Muthusi gave me the spirit to go on and not depending on other people. For me that just started the company, I need people like this for support. Not only do I think that my Bussiness insurance with outsurance was one of my best decissions, but it was proofed and I belief that my bussiness are going to be a success thanks to people like Mothusi and a company like outsurance. Today is the 16th and circumstances did not allow us to resolve the issue, but if it was other circumstanses I belief it would have been resolved within an hour, however Without their support, I would have been lost. As stated circumstanses beyond control prevented resolvement and is not their fault they tried their best and is understandable.
