Appalling service from ABSA Homeloans

I have been trying to sort out my bond for weeks now. I accept that over the holiday season there would be less staff to handle applications, and it started out well, but now the service is just ridiculous! The last issue is that I have been waiting since Monday for feedback from Ipeleng Bokoko. I cannot get through to her and if I stay on the line for another consultant I end up listening to music for over 20 minutes. I have sent emails to her asking that she contact me, but to no avail. When I phone the bond application number, they say they cannot give me feedback, but they will send the agent an email. I ask if someone else can help me, and they say they will send a mail.. so far no-one has contacted me. REALLY! the seller is now wanting to pull out because I cannot get my bond finalized, I am going to loose my house... this all because agents do not feel it is important to come back to me.
