Poor Service and bad attitude

The balloon payment on my car was due at the end of August.
I contacted Wesbank to let them know that I was securing a loan through my bond and would only be able to pay them at the end of September and asked if this was acceptable to them, they agreed to this, but despite this I ended up with a man coming to collect my car due to me not paying my bill before the deadline, he was rude and I really felt threatened by him, when I phoned Wesbank they just said sorry but I continued to get calls and sms's harassing me for the payment.
I did pay before the date that I had stipulated and then I was charged a fine. (which they say will be reversed but in the meantime I cannot get my car's papers) I was made to feel like a bad debtor when I have never missed a payment and had been upfront with Wesbank from Day 1.
This incident has really caused me a lot of stress.
