I got a smart phone from FNB Last year and i insured it with them and it recently got over the holiday period so i then contacted the FNB insuarance department on the number on their website and talked to a consultant who asked me to e mail my details and told they would e mail me back a claim form. This over a week back have e mail a couple of times now to find out what is going on and have had no reply and i do not want to be in a situation where it will take ages to claim and the issue becomes complicated for one reason or the other and the other painful part is to be with a cellphone i do not what is to be done from here because i pay every month for insuarance but there is no assistance now that i need to make a claim!
