Stop treating your clients like animals

In December 2012 my car was repossessed by ABSA bank after not communicating with me properly. I requested re-financing from them and it was declined. They later called me to request information regarding my debts and what else I was paying for, which I provided. I waited for their call as to how they were going to restructure my account and to my surprise Jacob Maswanganye called me to the office in Rustenburg and requested my keys as he was told to take my car. He took it and later I came to complain here at and ABSA bank called me back and told me I was in arrears of R4000 including storage. I paid the money I was told was outstanding excluding storage. They organised for me to collect my car in Benoni not Rustenburg on 09.01.13 at my costs and there I signed a document that I owe /-R54500, a few days before payday in January 13 I got a call again for all the debts and other payments I was doing so that my account could be restructured. I paid R1600 as I did not get feedback. This week ABSA tells me now I am in arrears of /-R4000 which was never communicated before. They are now threatening to repossess my car again.
