I have the same problem my money was in my account for wonga to debit it on the day as requested and after 3 day's it was still in my bank account phone hold on - 20 mins and request phone back no one called. finally today i got hold of wonga and they want me to pay extra on the amount that was originaly to payed back to wonga this i do not understand for it was not my fault that the money was not debit on the day that it was suppose to.
