I contacted ABSA via email as I am unable to use a phone. My credit card debit order does not process and I need to rectify this issue. They ignore my emails and it is nearing the middle of the month. They have never been forthcoming with information in the past and seem highly incompetent.

I recommend moving to a different bank if you require decent service.
