On two occasions in the past week I have needed assistance with my vehicle. The first time, it took the AA more than 4 hours to assist me. Called Outsurance this moring to assist, was quoted 49 minutes to receive assistance. They arrived in 30 minutes.
It is GREAT when a company puts their promises into action. THANK YOU.
