I am always so blown away that the moment you hit send on your computer you phones rings immediately with a friendly and professional person on line to help with whatever you need. On Thursday night my son kicked in my gear lock and I have no key. I have no insurance but heard about this App assist. I phoned and they were so helpful and understanding, not judging cos I had no insurance.
I have a follow up call every 5 minutes from Outsurance to find out if the lock smith had arrived. which was within 30 minutes of speaking to Outsurance.
I would really be a proud employee if I worked that what a fantastic brand Outsurance is, no catches or loop holes they are what they advertise. As soon as I am working again they will be my insurance company.
