I broke down just outside Grabouw on the N2 on Saturday. The car had to be towed. I was very nervous as we were quite close to a dodgy area and I had my wife and little girl in the car. Phoned Outsurance and they promised a tow truck to be there within 45 minutes. It was the longest 45 minutes of my life but was very grateful when Stellenbosch Insleep arrived within the allocated time, hitched up my car and got me home safely. Thanks Outsurance. You get 5 stars from me for great service at the time when I really needed it
