I was stuck on a freeway with my vehicle on a Sunday afternoon, after having been unable to fix it I started thinking of whom to call for assistance. After several calls for assistance my son mentioned that as I am insured with OUTsurance I should call them for a tow in service. I did so and the relief after hours of struggling on the side of the road was unreal when OUTsurance mentioned that they will fetch my vehicle within the next hour. From there on I constantly received calls and SMS's informing me of progress.
50 minutes later the tow in service arrived, an extremely professional guy loaded my vehicle and gave me a lift home.
This was at no cost to me.
I mentioned this to a friend who immediately switched to OUTsurance.
Guys this is better than best.
For the first time I am proud to be associated with an insurance company.
