On 6th November 2012 I placed an order redeeming 21800 Greenbacks for 12 bottles of mixed (dry) white wine and received the order number 1006200. When no delivery was made after 2 months, I visited the Greenbacks website, where no e-mail address is provided to contact them, only Nedbank's general phone number which does not have a 'Greenbacks' option. I checked my order on the web site and found the comment "cancelled - not serious order". No attempt was ever made to inform me that my order had been cancelled or - more important - why. I have since sent an e-mail to Nedbank's Wine of the Month Club asking for an explanation, but to date the e-mail remains unacknowledged and unanswered.
