Rude, Pathetic and one rotten tomato in the fn

I contacted the personal loan department to sort out my account as FNB debited less than what they were supposed to debit, had they debited the balance i wouldnt have been charged the interest and service fee for january, i found that to be a very bad practice from the bank because that R47.00 is a lot of money and to how many customers are they doing that to.

Then this pathetic call centre agent by the name of Queen Mogapi whom i could clearly hear that she was chewing food while talking to me, called me"Bobby, well T Maluleke" when addressing me just put a nail into the coffin and I asked to speak to her boss and i held for more than 30 minutes

This is not what we know FNB to be like she is one rotten potatoes and she will definitely make more potatoes rot if she is kept in the same bag with the other.
