No client support for online stock portfolio

I was interested in opening a PSG trade account by transferring my current portfolio from a different company to PSG.

I simply asked what the process would be and if I could do this and how it would work as I already bought shares and wanted to transfer my portfolio as it stood. I also asked what the fees are.

Frans Janse van Rensburg, as client support, simply replied by sending me a link to PSG's website where I can see certain fees.

No further correspondence or even after further mail from me.

Very disappointing and I will definitely spread the word to my network investors.
