FNB: New Online Banking

New FNB Online Banking website launched Monday 14 July, but for 3 days unable to access my linked share account. Sent through 5 complaints and phoned customer care (twice). They are aware of the problem since Monday but cannot fix the problem and do not know when it will be fixed???
