I cancelled my Telkom account and line in Sep 2019. They did not cut it off and close it and now in 2022 I am getting constant emails from Nudebt on the outstanding telkom account which Telkom did not close. I indicated I was prepared to pay the Oct 2019 until Dec 2019 but I am not paying anything after that. I did not even have a telephone in my house. Nudebt dont reply to my emails I sent them, they just keep sending me emails to say I refuse to pay and they going to hand me over. This is going absolutely nowhere. It is very frustrating. I dont see why I should pay for Telkom's incompetence.
