My dad being the grumpy and enquisitive person that he is... Questioned a lot and each time she responded so quick with useful and correct information. He then had trouble understanding the way the interest is calculated and she then went the extra mile by picking up the phone and contacting him to explain, she was unaware he was a bit hard of hearing but yet she was extremely patient and explained everything to him. He cannot stop praising the service he received from this young lady and asked to send a compliment to her and say thank you.
