Claim was declined but i feel more can be done!!

On the 20/01/13 i saw my Capitec bank balance and it said i had R60 in my account. I IMMEDIATELY knew something was wrong. i went to a Capitec branch in Centurion early the next day, where they showed me my statement. R3000 of my money was withdrawn from Kempton park and i live in Pretoria. They then told me that i would have to wait 14 days for an investigation to be done. today 28/01/13 i received an sms in which they said that my claim has been declined. I live in Pretoria and my money was drawn in Kempton park. i was also on a train home when my money was drawn, the bank DID NOT ask me any of this yet DECLINED my claim. i refuse to just let R3000* of my hard earn money go like that. I've signed an affidavit at the police station after visiting the bank, stating that the money was. I was depending on this money to return to Cape Town to study and now face difficulty because of this situation. THERE HAS TO BE ANOTHER WAY I CAN PROVE TO CAPITEC BANK THAT I WAS NOT* NEGLIGENT AND THAT MY MONEY WAS!!! i will take this up further through the police, news papers or management. Justice has to be served. HOW CAN THEY DECLINE MY CLAIM SO EASILY??!! i feel more can be done!
