Hi. I always thought capitec is one of the better banks till I made a pre-paid electricity on their banking app. Money whent off my account at capitec but never received my sms token. Contacted client care and was left waiting for more than a month. Finally received an e-mail, stating that I must sort it out with my municipality and its not their problem, . So between capitec and the municipality, nobody knows who took the money, I am now minus my electricity money. Thanks CAPITEC for your crappy service.
