Where in the world is my credit card?

On the 23 March I received confirmation that my new personilized credit card is been approved, I phoned as instructed to verify and then was told delivery will be in 3 weeks. Weeks went by, around the 14 June i received a call to tell me it will be delivered to a branch of my choice, Cresta is the closest, i was told that i will recieve a sms when passing via Northgate branch and then a call from Cresta.
On the 4th July i got a call again about the delivery because it was never collected, (I'm still waiting for the sms or phone call) again i asked for Cresta.
Then the morning of the 8 July i recieved the long awaited call that the card is ready for collection at Cresta, later that morning i went to Cresta, just to find out they have not recieved it and dont know where it is, the system said it was delivered to them on the 1st July, but they will give ME a number to phone to trace the lost/missing card.
Need i say more about the service and capabilities? Standard Bank's service is getting worst than Absa, and that is by no means a good thing
